Professor Green joins D2LT after a distinguished tenure as Law Commissioner for Common and Commercial Law at the Law Commission of England and Wales.

Before joining D2LT, Professor Green served as Law Commissioner for Commercial and Common Law from January 2020. She has received numerous accolades, including the International Chamber of Commerce’s Award for “Individual Who Has Made the Greatest Contribution to the Digitalisation of Trade” and the “Outstanding Achievement Award” at the British Legal Technology Awards. She was also featured on the “Women in Fintech Power List” and Bloomberg’s Crypto List “Who to Watch.” Professor Green is a Professor of Private Law at the University of Bristol, with previous roles at the University of Oxford and Accenture. She has published extensively on topics such as virtual currencies, blockchain, smart contracts, and digitised asset law.
