Before trading, traders must understand trading and investment are inherently risky activities. While choosing a broker that fits your needs is a crucial step in your trading journey, it does not guarantee success and traders should do their due diligence when it comes to monitoring markets and executing their trades.

In this ADSS review, we take a look at the investment company’s available account types and their fee structures. We also look at their trading platform as well as product offerings. To those keen on making an informed decision before opening a live account, this is a good place to start. You can also check out other reviews online to ensure you are making the right decision.

About ADSS

ADSS is a leading broker in the Middle East, offering services such as retail trading, institutional trading, and professional brokerage partnerships such as an Introducing Broker (IB) and Money Manager programmes. Headquartered in the UAE, it is regulated and authorised by the SA locally as a trade for OTC derivative contracts and forex spot markets. As an international broker, it is also regulated by the FCA in the UK.

Registering an ADSS trading account

Registering for an account with ADSS is similar to registering for an account with most other brokers. The investment company offers three types of live accounts – Classic, Elite and Elite+. Below are their features.

Classic

ADSS’ Classic account is the standard account for traders looking for a smooth experience. With a minimum deposit of $100, the Classic trader can access leverage of up to 500:1, with 24/5 customer support from the ADSS team. They can also access training courses and trade with competitive market spreads.

In our opinion, we think this is a great way for traders – especially novices – to get started with trading. With a reasonable minimum deposit and a full range of functionality and instruments for trading, the Classic account provides traders with everything they need.

Elite

For those who want a bit more functionality and are looking to execute more complicated strategies and trades, ADSS offers an Elite account. With a minimum deposit of $100,000, traders can access 25% lower spreads, up to 500:1 leverage, and a dedicated senior account manager to take care of their questions and concerns. Traders can also access Elite+ events, and they can use a multi-base currency account when trading.

Elite +

Finally, for traders who have proven experience in the industry and want to execute high-frequency and high-volume trades, ADSS offers the option of an Elite+ account. The Elite+ account comes with all the functionalities of an Elite account. At a $250,000 minimum deposit, Elite+ account holders not only have their dedicated senior manager but also a sales trader who can provide them with assistance. Spreads are even lower for Elite+ account holders.

In our opinion, experienced traders who wish to trade frequently and deal with large volumes of trade execution will benefit well from ADSS’ ultra-low spreads. On top of that, a dedicated sales trader is also a good way for Elite+ traders to take their trading into something more – and potentially generate more revenue channels.

Demo account

Those who are interested in opening a demo account can do so with ADSS by simply signing up on their website. The demo account can be used on the MetaTrader 4 (MT4) platform, and ADSS traders can practice trading CFDs on shares, commodities, indices, forex pairs, and more, as well as trade with leverage. The company does not require traders to use a credit card to register, which is a  benefit for those who prefer not to enter card details at this stage.

Registration process

The registration process at ADSS is relatively straightforward. Those who want to create a live or demo account can do so by registering for one on their website. They can specify their account tier, and then provide the needed documents for verification. This process can be done in both English and Arabic.

For those who are UAE residents, they can simplify the process even more with UAE Pass. This allows traders to digitise their authentic and updated identity documents, which eliminates the need for paper and physical visits. Otherwise, traders can sign up manually.

Once traders have verified their accounts, they can begin to fund them with options like Apple and Samsung Pay, as well as Neteller and Skrill. They can also use UAEPGS for those who reside in the UAE. When an account is funded, traders can immediately start trading.

Trading platforms

ADSS clients can choose from the company’s bespoke trading platform or one of the most popular trading platforms in the industry – MT4. Both platforms offer registered clients the full range of financial instruments to choose from, and traders can also create customised charts with indicators.

The ADSS trading platform carries a comprehensive and customisable charting interface, which allows traders to add indicators and change chart types depending on their preferences. There is also a wide range of tools available, such as asset class filters and watchlists. On top of that, advanced deal-ticket drop-downs allow clients to enter orders with precision and speed.

If you have traded previously on the MT4 platform, you can also choose to remain using it as a client with ADSS. The broker offers both desktop and mobile trading on MT4. It is also a good option for more sophisticated traders who wish to enable third-party plugins such as Expert Advisors and Autochartist. The MT4 platform is a tried and tested solution for customising trade signals and automating trades.

Product offerings

When it comes to products, ADSS offers a comprehensive range of financial instruments and market accessibility, with products ranging from spot forex to CFDs on forex, equities, commodities, crypto, and indices. All trades executed by ADSS are commission-free, and leverage varies depending on the product. In the forex market, for instance, traders can enjoy leverage of up to 500:1. On equity CFDs, traders can enjoy leverage of up to 20:1, and index CFD traders leverage of up to 333:1.

ADSS offers access to global markets, despite being a MENA-based broker. Traders can therefore participate in trading instruments derived from the NASDAQ, FTSE, NYSE and more. Traders can also benefit from speculating on the price movements of Middle Eastern assets, such as Saudi Arabian shares.

Bottom line

Overall, ADSS is a comprehensive broker with a wide range of account types and two strong trading platforms to choose from. For those who are not yet ready to commit to trading with real funds, they can sign up for a demo account in a simple process. All account holders can access a large product offering family, comprised of indices, forex, equities, crypto, and commodities.
