Jim Harper, a famous Bitcoin investor, has prosecuted the United States Internal Revenue Service, its commissioner, and several other federal agents. He asserted that they illegally squeezed his secret financial data from three cryptocurrency transactions.

From 2016 onward, he has no held any bitcoin at Coinbase, and he sold his bitcoin by either Abra or Uphold markets. He pretended to have correctly reported and spent all appropriate taxes on his bitcoin profits.

The Internal Revenue Service registered the nefarious ex parte “John Doe” official indictment on Coinbase in 2016. While asking data on United States personalities who managed crypto-currencies transactions from January. 1, 2013 to December 31st, 2015.

Additionally, Coinbase objected and the I.R.S. narrowed its order, asking rather data concerning accounts with at most insignificant the equivalent of 20,000-USD in cryptocurrencies transactions in any one year throughout the preceding period.
