Orderly Network , a trailblazer in cloud liquidity infrastructure, concluded a successful Korea Blockchain Week (KBW), held from September 1-7 in Seoul. The company made a notable impact at this premier blockchain event through a series of activities, including panel discussions, roundtables, and a keynote speech by Co-Founder Ran Yi.
Korea Blockchain Week, hosted annually in Seoul since 2018 and co-hosted by Hashed and FACTBLOCK, is a major gathering for blockchain and web3 leaders from around the world. The event serves as a platform for industry influencers to connect, share insights, and explore innovations.
At KBW 2024, Orderly Network was highly active, with Co-Founder Ran Yi participating in numerous events and delivering a keynote address. On September 2, Ran spoke at Asia’s Superchain Pioneers in Seoul, where he discussed the founding vision of Orderly and its goal to integrate a centralized exchange experience into the decentralized finance (DeFi) space.
During his 30-minute presentation, Ran addressed key challenges in DeFi, such as fragmented liquidity, high fees, and poor user experience. He detailed Orderly’s strategies for overcoming these issues, including innovations like cross-chain liquidity unification and a gasless order book for perpetual swaps.
Following his keynote, Ran continued to engage with the audience through two additional appearances. On September 4, he joined a panel discussion on Institutional DeFi and later participated in the Infra & Security Round Table at MKGA, a web3 summit that brings together VCs, builders, and thought leaders from both Asia and the West.
Throughout the week, Ran discussed various topics related to the DeFi ecosystem, blockchain security, and strategies to improve on-chain liquidity. He also took the opportunity to highlight Orderly’s ongoing efforts to advance self-custody solutions, cross-chain interoperability, unified liquidity, and enhanced user experience.
